The rooms here are very spacious with a bathtub, an old spa tub, and a comfy bed, in addition to the central location making it a great base for exploring the area and it's in a good neighborhood.

The location was central, right by Mt Smart and airport, excellent Indian restaurant and market, bakery and two restaurants. Truly enjoyed the way our deluxe queen studio with good amenities was arranged.
Facilities were good, but Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The hotel had a central setting very close to the airport. Café Bakehaven cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Rewritten: Its central location near the airport was convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by the nearby Café Bakehaven cafe, just 1 km away.

Staff were very helpful, free shuttle to the airport so makes it a good point to start from if you have to arrive from or catch an early or late flight into Auckland.
Very noisy, not very good soundproofing between floors, rooms, or the outside. Is this really a 4 1/2 star rated accommodation?

The staff here are friendly and efficient, the rooms are clean and comfortable with spacious beds, and it's conveniently located near the airport and motorways.

Well positioned near the Airport. Excellent shuttle service. A low cost place to spend a night and have a shower. Free broadband (cable) Internet was useful and efficient.
Lights left on outside and pale curtains meant the room was never dark enough - our room was right outside the guest laundry which was available 24 hours with associated noise. Someone in the room above us decided to walk around during the night and their creaking floor woke us and kept us awake.

Airport pick-up was very efficient and a mail reason for choosing. Close to airport- we had early morning flight.
Really basic- like a portacabin. No aircon and it was pretty hot in the room even though it wasnt hot outside. Very expensive for what it was.
